To our valued Under Construction Builders Clients and Friends,
The last several weeks have brought unprecedented challenges to our lives and businesses, and our Team at UCB has not been unaffected. As we navigate in this dynamic and concerning environment, we are continuing to place the health and safety of our customers, employees, and the community at large at the forefront of everything we do.
FOR UCB CLIENTS WITH PENDING PROJECTS:
We remain open! We recognize that many of our clients have projects underway, and require our services for the safety and comfort of their homes. Please be assured that even under the latest state orders regarding the closure of businesses, our construction business is deemed essential, and is, therefore, able to operate to complete your project services.
We continue to follow the latest CDC and state guidelines to ensure the safety and welfare of our teams while providing these services.
- All of our team members have been trained to uphold safety practices under the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
- Our carpenters have proper equipment, including masks, as part of regular OSHA requirements.
- We are vigilant in keeping your home clean, now, more than ever. We are wiping common areas with single-use disinfecting wipes regularly.
- Continuing to enforce our policy of not allowing employees who are ill, or showing any signs of illness, to come to work, or into your home.
FOR THOSE INTERESTED IN HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
We remain open! While we recognize that your home renovation project may not be at the forefront of your mind during this trying time, we are still open, and available to discuss your needs. In the interest of the safety of our teams, and the public, our trade partners have closed our showrooms and are formatting our standard in-home design and consultation process to be a virtual experience. If you have a computer or tablet, and 30 minutes of time to connect with one of our consultants, we are still able to provide you with a budgetary range for your renovation. When appropriate, we can schedule a visit to your home to confirm the details, and formalize a proposal.
It is our hope to keep our staff working. So, if you are at home and finding yourself with some time to think about a renovation, we welcome you to book a virtual appointment to get a headstart on the process!
We appreciate your continued interest and trust in us as we navigate these difficult times. We look forward to providing you the “UCB Experience,” even during these circumstances.
