Kitchen Renovation: Before and After

Who doesn’t love before and after pictures of home renovations?

People love to see a transformation! It can be inspiring to someone who is thinking about a remodel of their own. It can help you gather ideas and envision how your project might turn out.

This kitchen in Marlton, NJ was transformed by Under Construction Builders from dark and outdated to bright and modern. The homeowner selected Wellborn Prairie Maple cabinetry with recessed doors and brushed nickel hardware to compliment the stainless steel appliances. The gray subway tile backsplash, quartz countertop and farmhouse sink make this kitchen sparkle. And the addition of a garden window helps to bring the outdoors in, as well as offering functional space behind the sink for plants and decor.

The homeowner chose a shade of aqua as a pop of color for her decor. This really helps to highlight the dark cabinetry and shiny gray subway tile. The dark flooring also adds warmth to this beautifully updated kitchen.

At Under Construction Builders, we love brainstorming with our clients to create not only a beautiful, but functional space. Our homeowner stated “We didn’t want to be overwhelmed with choices, so we spoke to our PM, Natasha, about our design aesthetic and asked her to help us narrow down selections. During the construction process, the team was extremely professional. They finished over a week early and exceeded all of our expectations!”

We are thrilled that they are so happy! We strive to have raving fans!
