One of our latest projects is a complete interior condo renovation in the 5000 Boardwalk Building in Ventnor. Every nook and cranny was updated and remodeled in this two bedroom and two bathroom unit. This condo has amazing ocean views and cool ocean breezes. And the renovation was completed just in time for the summer!
Some of the highlights include a brand new kitchen with granite counters, new gas fireplace, custom built radiator covers, two new full bathrooms and new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. The kitchen cabinets are from Wellborn in matte black with soft close drawers. The dark cabinet color helps to offset the gorgeous granite counters with touches of gold throughout and coordinating subway tile, that highlights the brushed gold faucet.
The new luxury vinyl tile flooring runs throughout the entire condo, except for the bathrooms which have ceramic tile. This type of flooring is durable and holds up well to sand and water, which is absolutely necessary for a home at the beach!
