Two story addition and new garage on Long Beach Island
Our homeowners made the decision to move to Long Beach Township full time and make their beloved beach house their primary residence. They spotted our billboard and gave us a call. The homeowners and Under Construction Builders worked together with a local architect to fulfill all of their needs to turn their summer home into their full time residence.
Here is a list of some of the modifications to their property:
- two story addition in the rear of the home
- new garage to allow for additional storage space
- master bedroom with large closet and an ensuite bathroom that includes a large shower with pebble tile floor, new vanity, toilet and flooring
- 2nd floor bonus room over the master suite
- renovated an existing bathroom that includes a new shower, vanities, toilet, flooring etc.
- upgraded the windows on the front of the home
- replaced all interior doors(14) with new doors
- additional interior renovations included carpet, paint, removed existing hand rail and replaced with new metal balusters and red oak rails
